What You Will Do:
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, customizing workflows and interfaces.
- Create RESTful APIs for reuse and decomposing monolithic systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business leaders, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow, especially ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
- At least 7 years of experience, with 5+ in solution design/architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and agile methods (SAFe).
