Head of Product Operations

As a Head of Product Operations, you will drive operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and scalable product processes. You will partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Executive teams to enable clarity, create rhythm, and operationalize excellence across our product organization. This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role with the mandate to shape how we deliver value to customers and scale our business. Key responsibilities include strategic enablement, data insight and enablement, operating rhythm and governance, process leadership, innovation and piloting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will build and scale a data-driven product operations function, define and implement KPIs, and lead the operationalization of excellence. The role does not include direct coaching or training of Product Managers or representing product at stakeholder meetings.
