This role will partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to launch and scale vertical sales motions. Responsibilities include defining and managing operational playbooks for GTM rollout, pipeline stages, and sales milestones. Support segmentation strategies, sales territory planning, and quota design for new vertical teams. Build and manage vertical-specific forecasting models and pipeline health dashboards. Monitor performance and provide real-time insights to sales and executive stakeholders. Implement scalable sales processes across the verticals. Drive system improvements in Salesforce, Gong, and BI tools to support new workflows. Build and maintain business rhythm infrastructure, and drive adoption of tools and process enhancements through documentation and training.
