Employee Relations, Associate - 18-Month Contract

The Employee Relations, Associate will help Wealthsimple operationalize and scale its employee relations function! This is a unique opportunity for a newly called lawyer with an interest in employment law to work in a dynamic role with both legal and operational aspects, on an 18-month contract. Reporting to the Legal Counsel, Employment, you will be instrumental in fostering a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace for Wealthsimplers. You will bring your legal knowledge and a passion for people to a variety of employee relations matters, ensuring we navigate both routine and complex matters with a human touch and a keen eye for legal requirements.
