Pre-Foreclosure Specialist II

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately and timely with appropriate signatures.
• Assign the correct foreclosure attorney using the Attorney Referral matrix.
• Review DLQ 60 Report to qualify loans eligible for foreclosure and manage executive dashboard metrics.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience in pre-foreclosure or related field.
• Working knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, FHA & VA servicing default requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
