Roamless is getting ready to take the company to the next level, scaling the team from 50 to 100+ in the next ~18 months, and this role is vital to that growth. The Talent Partner will help build the foundations of Talent Acquisition at Roamless, setting up everything from scratch and having a real say in shaping the processes and ways of working. This includes finding the right TA tools, shaping the interview process, training hiring managers, and building a great employer brand. The Talent Partner will lead marketing and growth hiring, while also supporting generalist hiring when needed, and own and manage the hiring pipeline, full cycle. Building a diverse talent pipeline, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience is very important to the company.
