Core Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through email and chat, addressing concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
- De-escalate and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with team members to ensure service quality.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new hires across different support tiers (1, 2, and 3).
- Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on processes and enhance collaboration and service guidelines.
Additional Duties and Channels:
- Handle various support tasks including refund requests, CS returns, retail support, and CS help.
- Work with the Supervisor on assigned tasks and take on additional projects to support departmental goals.
