About the Role:
- Respond to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Engage and optimize each customer's experience.
- Prioritize customer needs with patience and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Research fulfillment and shipping concerns.
- Collaborate with distribution teams to resolve issues.
- Share suggestions regarding quality assurance and product requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textiles preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
- Experience with ZenDesk, BlueCherry, or SalesForce is a plus.
