About the Role:
- Owns a defined area of HighLevel's Conversations product end to end.
- Drives improvements to activation, adoption, engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Leads 4-6 agency calls weekly and turns feedback into hypotheses.
- Builds hi-fi prototypes, writes PRDs, and ships with engineering and design.
- Tracks usage and runs experiments to improve product metrics.
Skills:
- Strong communicator, writer, analytical and AI-enabled.
- Experienced in B2B SaaS, messaging platforms, and AI features.
- Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable with cross-functional work.
