About the role:

• We're looking for a Product Manager to improve how customers experience their first weeks with us.
• You'll have real ownership over a defined slice of the self-serve journey, with data, experimentation, and cross-functional partners to move it.

What you'll do:

• Own the product experience of our AI agent, working with the agent team to make it first-class and competitive.
• Find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
• Partner with Marketing, CX, and Design to ensure success across all touchpoints.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with some experience PMing an agentic experience.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
• A clear communicator who simplifies complexity and drives alignment.
