About the Role:
- You will own creator payment operations and support creator inquiries.
- Report to the Sr. Manager, Creator Care and split time between payments and support.
- Ensure accurate, timely payments and an exceptional creator experience.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and respond to creator communications across email, chat, and DMs.
- Process payments through Tipalti, investigate issues, and ensure compliance.
- Assist with onboarding, compensation reviews, and inbox workflow management.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of experience in creator support, customer support, or related roles.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of payment issues.
