What You Should Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll support or processing, plus 3+ years in customer support at a SaaS or fintech company.
- Solid understanding of payroll fundamentals like pay schedules, corrections, and compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly about complex topics and stay calm under pressure.
