Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead the payroll process in Ceridian Dayforce, focusing on accurate, compliant, and timely processing.
• Perform payroll audits to ensure tax, regulatory, and financial compliance and provide analysis via defined metrics.
• Ensure issues are addressed through proactive communication and inquiries are responded to in full.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience with 5-7+ years in relevant payroll roles.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and experience resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Proficiency in payroll software like Ceridian Dayforce, with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
