Director of Claims Processing & Transformation

Sidecar Health is looking for a Director of Claims Processing & Transformation to lead the claims processing team. The director will be responsible for ensuring every claim is processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, comply with prompt pay regulations, and build systems to prevent recurrence. This role involves optimizing team performance, building quality management processes, and developing capacity models, looking 6–9 months ahead to forecast volume, identify hiring needs, and ensure sufficient training. They will also partner with product and engineering teams to guide tool development that eliminates low-value tasks or operational risk in workflows.
