Drive the next chapter of Smalls’ DTC expansion as SVP, Growth, owning Smalls’ direct-to-consumer revenue growth. You will be fully accountable for new customer acquisition, retention, and LTV expansion.
Manage our Marketing and Product teams and collaborate across functions—especially CX, Pricing, Merchandising, and Innovation—to drive compounding, profitable growth. This role is both strategic and executional: you’ll marry data, brand, and product to deliver outsized results. Bring a proven track record scaling a DTC business to $100M+ in revenue, with deep experience across performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and product-led growth strategies.
