Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will be responsible for managing existing strategic customer relationships and driving new revenue growth. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our small, mid-size and Enterprise level clients, understanding their needs, demonstrating how our solutions can drive business outcomes, and ensuring long-term success. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities include: Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong multi-level relationships. Identify upsell opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and retention goals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their success and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support, etc.) to ensure clients receive best-in-class support and service. Understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions. Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM (Salesforce). Drive contract negotiations and renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities or risks. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
