Talent Acquisition Data Reporting Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Data Reporting Analyst, you will build and evolve the Recruiting Data Strategy, designing metrics, requirements, and definitions in partnership with key stakeholders. You will also partner with People Insights, WFP, Finance, and Talent leaders to deliver and maintain actionable analytics, dashboards, and solutions that enhance recruiting capacity and effectiveness. You will also perform advanced data analysis using available dashboards and tools to extract insights, preparing memos and presentations that empower business and talent decision-making, including developing a reliable Headcount Plan to support capacity planning and resourcing. The role involves building custom reports, conducting data blending to reveal recruiting trends, and implementing system audits to ensure global data accuracy and drive process improvements.
