What you'll do:
- Work cross-functionally to design incentive compensation and pilot new products.
- Use data analysis to identify actionable insights and drive strategy.
- Create Tableau dashboards for KPIs and business trends.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Economics or related field.
- 2+ years of experience solving analytical problems quantitatively.
- Exceptional Excel skills and exposure to SQL.
