This role is key to enabling seamless collaboration between our internal teams and external payor partners. You’ll be the connection between Credentialing Operations and our Payor Partnerships team - translating complex requirements into operational strategies and actioning on payor needs. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and a strong relationship builder. You’ll need to understand the nuances of Medicaid and thrive in ambiguous environments.
Serve as the point of contact on CredOps for new payor launches, including complex commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid contracts. Translate payor requirements into operational requirements and workflows, including developing and implementing creative solutions. Review delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks, gaps, or requirements and work with legal on where we can find a compromise when needed. Act as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps, ensuring both sides are aligned on process, priorities, and timelines. Support additional operational workstreams in credentialing and enrollment, including building rosters, workflows, and processes as necessary.
