Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with customer executives and development teams.
  • Guiding customers in the architecture of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
  • Engaging with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization.
  • Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives.
  • 3+ years in an Enterprise or Solution Architect role, or relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Services / Banking experience.
  • Experience with agentic AI capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
