Role overview:
- The Staff Accountant oversees fixed and intangible assets, deferred cloud software capitalization, accounts receivable, and debt.
- This role is essential to month-end close through reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial report preparation.
Essential duties:
- Oversee fixed asset management operations, including depreciation and disposals.
- Support day-to-day accounting functions and execute month-end close tasks.
- Prepare detailed account reconciliations within assigned deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or publicly traded company.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in service industry a plus.
