Manage the full interview scheduling process across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate data and metrics in our ATS and recruiting systems. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing logistics, and inbound pipeline management. Manage communications among candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Act as the first point of contact for candidates. Identify and implement process efficiencies across recruiting operations.
