Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling all interviews, ensuring timely and professional communication, maintaining candidate records in Greenhouse, drafting job descriptions, preparing letters, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
Skills & Qualifications include 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations, experience working with an ATS, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication, familiarity with secure data handling, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
