Flock is seeking to add a Major Accounts Executive to our growing Enterprise Public Sector team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving company growth by focusing on a single market, managing demand generation, building partnerships, and overseeing the full sales cycle.
You will manage the entire sales process (prospecting, qualifying, positioning, closing, and supporting client onboarding) from beginning to close. You must meet (or exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, nurture strong relationships with local law enforcement, and build a pipeline of leads across multiple verticals. Strong sales experience with an emphasis on outside/field enterprise software sales is important. The first 90 days involve learning the market, developing expertise, building the territory, and closing the first deal. A results-oriented mindset and the ability to learn technical products quickly are vital.
