Own the end-to-end user experience for IronSled:
- Analyze existing technical and operational processes to identify friction and automation opportunities.
- Design workflows for IAM, access control, RBAC, provisioning, and CMMC requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Partner with platform engineers, security personnel, and product management to ensure technical viability.
- Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and specifications.
Establish design standards and conduct research:
- Maintain consistent UX patterns, reusable components, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve platform workflows.
