Looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our FSI/Aerospace & Defense team. Reporting to the RVP of FSI/Aerospace & Defense, you'll lead a team to maximum potential. You will help coach and increase sales excellence within the Federal team. Seeking a candidate with 5+ years of FSI/Aerospace & Defense leadership experience in software/SaaS and experience building successful sales teams. The ideal candidate will be well networked to attract top-performing professionals and be a change-agent in the organization, leading processes that scale.
