Job Description

This position is needed to play a crucial role in driving Twilio's growth in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the sales team in expanding Twilio's footprint across LATAM markets. In this role, you’ll lead generation by proactively identifying and researching potential clients in the Latin American region, focusing on industries that can benefit from Twilio's communication solutions. You will perform outreach and engagement via contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media, to introduce Twilio's products and services. You'll also assess the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine their fit for Twilio's offerings, and qualify leads for the sales team. There will be collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing accounts, performing market insights and Gathering and reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions, and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
