Senior Managed Onboarding Manager

As a Sr. Managed Onboarding Manager, you will be the face of Pacvue during the onboarding process for strategic clients. Responsibilities include leading complex client onboardings by translating client needs into structured plans, architecting account setups, and providing tailored guidance. You'll manage projects, collaborate across teams, and scale the program by creating documentation and recommending enhancements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, a deep understanding of retail media, and exceptional communication skills.
