Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will provide advanced technical support for APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based products. Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical products and play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the highest level of support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting server-side and client-side code in languages like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues related to TCP/UDP and SSL/TLS.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify product improvements and report reproducible bugs.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Communicating complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assisting in improving internal processes by providing actionable feedback on recurring customer issues.
  • Supporting customer needs during holidays and on shift rotations as needed.
