What You Will Do:
- Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents and serve as final resolution for complex, high-impact issues.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and modernization.
- Design and support hybrid and cloud environments across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, and on-premises.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions, with deep experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking security.
- Experience with regulated cloud environments such as GCC High, Azure Government, and AWS GovCloud.
