Your Role:
- We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist who thrives on building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads across international markets.
- You'll play a key role in scaling our global candidate acquisition engine by owning high-intent Google Search campaigns while collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn.
- Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, match types, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality candidate acquisition.
- Test and experiment with emerging advertising platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns with B2B lead generation focus.
- Proven success improving campaign performance while reducing CPL, CPA, and acquisition costs across international markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar reporting tools.
