Job Description
This position is needed to lead relationships within our Self Service customer base and Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. As our new Business Development Representative, UKI, Nordics & Benelux, you will be responsible for net new customer activations, transactional and solution selling, and closing deals within our Self Service account base.
In this role, you’ll: Own and run pipeline generation opportunities on EMEA (UKI, Nordics & Benelux) territory. Work with Account Executives to complement territory plans with your own dedicated pipeline generation activities. Execute programmable sales plays to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast utilizing our CRM, Salesforce through proactive efforts and collaboration with your team. Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of prospects. Work closely with marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
