Job Description

As a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues and closely collaborate with backend development teams. Your main focus will be expert-level troubleshooting, with additional opportunities to engage in backend tasks related to Java, Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and blockchain technologies. Responsibilities: Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support, ensuring timely issue resolution or escalation. Collaborate closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams for efficient issue management. Work alongside backend developers to troubleshoot code-level issues, occasionally assisting in development tasks. Design and implement automation tools to streamline daily operations and minimize manual intervention. Create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation and knowledge base content. Act as a liaison during critical incidents, working closely with development teams to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, ensuring 24x7 stability of our trading platform. Continuously explore new technologies and best practices to enhance support efficiency.
