Scan Data Programs Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own retailer onboarding, including planning, scheduling, and communications from contract signature to go-live.
• Publish the weekly Scan Data Program Health Report and monitor submission cycles for all onboarded customers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Altria and RJR issues, tracking all communications and escalations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable as an external-facing contact.
• Highly detail-oriented with operational discipline, experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk.
