Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of our products and services. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, supporting the successful execution of customer campaigns, and ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and account growth. The ideal candidate is organized, strategic, and highly skilled at navigating client needs while working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Key responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers, understanding each client’s goals, monitoring customer health metrics, collaborating with internal teams, planning and managing customer campaigns, conducting regular business reviews, and advocating for the customer internally. The Customer Success Manager will also maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities are required.
