Chief of Staff, Consumer

Kraken is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive cross-functional execution of product initiatives by coordinating with Design, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and other partners. The successful candidate will own business reporting and communications, creating and maintaining high-quality deliverables for internal stakeholders, including board decks, all-hands presentations, weekly/monthly KPIs, and initiative progress updates. This role will act as a strategic partner and maintain the team roadmap. The Chief of Staff also serves as the first point of contact for incoming asks from other areas and manages the User Interviews Program.
