Engagement Manager

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is available to be fully remote in Australia. As the Engagement Manager, you will manage our clients’ campaigns from start to end, including translating client needs into Snooper ‘missions’ in a way that optimizes the data collection process, managing data validation, and managing client interactions. You will also build dashboards using SQL queries, perform additional data analyses, and monitor campaign progress. You will contribute to optimizing our operational processes and work closely with our product and IT team.
