Quality Assurance Manager, International Remote

About the role:

• You will own the quality system for all international markets outside the US, including product release, complaints, and incident management.
• You'll build and run EU Quality Management System processes to ensure compliance with local market requirements.
• You'll work across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure product quality.

In this role, you will:

• Release finished products after verifying specs and market-specific requirements.
• Own consumer complaint intake and triage across all levels.
• Run traceability, recall, and food safety incident processes for EU products.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of QA experience in food, beverage, or dietary supplements with international experience.
• Has hands-on EU quality experience and knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and CAPA systems.
• Is comfortable with remote collaboration across multiple time zones.
