Job Description

The Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring clients achieve hiring success through SmartRecruiters' platform. This individual will work as part of a team, supporting one another to achieve joint revenue targets on assigned customers and assuming overall responsibility for product adoption and utilization. This role encompasses educating customers on leveraging new features and releases and working with a large group of mid-market customers, delivering customer success services at scale. Responsibilities include partnering with customers to maximize value realization from solutions, building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing recommendations for best practices, and connecting customers to available resources. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager supports account managers in preparing for contract renewals, identifies opportunities for account growth through upsell and cross-sell, and attends ongoing training to become a solution expert, while using data to conduct consistent customer health checks.
