Core Responsibilities:
- Own the 3-year innovation strategy and pipeline, aligning with growth goals and consumer needs to shape the future business.
- Lead stage-gate processes and commercialization, ensuring concepts are viable and impactful from development to launch.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader, connecting Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive alignment and execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in CPG/food, including significant brand management and innovation launch experience.
- BA/BS required (MBA preferred), with a successful track record in baby/toddler food or snacking spaces.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Logistics & Culture:
- This is a remote, full-time position requiring residence in the United States, with up to 25% travel for company meetings.
- The role is part of a fully remote, collaborative team passionate about improving childhood nutrition and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Compensation includes a salary range and potential additional forms like bonuses or equity, depending on skills and experience.
