Job Description

A Customer Success Manager in Insider manages MENA customers, drives adoption and retention, and builds relationships, ensuring services provide maximum impact. They coordinate with other Customer Success Managers and Account Directors and serve as the primary partner contact. The role orchestrates all efforts to maintain high adoption and usage while driving value recognition. They provide best use cases, consulting partners on effective product use according to their needs. The role is responsible for gross/net revenue retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score, proactively improving these metrics. The company seeks someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred); 4+ years of relevant customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting (SaaS experience preferred); strong communication skills in English and your native language; a high sense of responsibility and accountability; strategic thinking and project management skills; customer orientation; and self-motivation to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
