Understand and analyze requirements such as performance, scalability, availability, and security.
Implement AIOps capabilities to correlate alerts, identify patterns, predict failures, and automate remediation.
Produce comprehensive documentation including automation guides, runbooks, and architectural diagrams.

What You Bring:

10+ years of IT systems engineering experience across servers, networks, storage, cloud, and endpoints.
Proficiency in Python or comparable languages, with strong API utilization and systems integration skills.
Demonstrated experience with M365, Microsoft ecosystem, and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.
