Senior IT Engineer

What you'll do:

• Own and improve IT operations, acting as a senior escalation point and applying ITIL best practices.
• Build smarter systems through AI and automation, automating workflows and connecting systems with APIs and scripting.
• Take a product-owner mindset, delivering improvements that enhance service quality, efficiency, and employee experience.

What you'll bring:

• Strong corporate IT engineering and service management experience in a modern SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on experience with Apple devices, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Practical experience building automation with APIs, scripting, and AI tools to improve IT operations.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing AI-driven IT workflows or introducing AI into internal service operations.
• Familiarity with integrating HR, identity, finance, and IT service platforms.
• Exposure to security, compliance, endpoint management, and IT governance.
