Job Description
The Lead Payroll Specialist will oversee the daily payroll operations for a complex, rapidly growing veterinary services organization of over 4500 employees across 225 veterinary practices and 130 FEINs within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing and robust internal controls.
This role will process and validate bi-weekly payrolls for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will function as a subject matter expert on payroll systems, processes, and compliance. This role will support the Payroll Manager in process improvement, system implementation and audits.
