Commercial Counsel

Rad AI is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join their team, playing a key role in legal strategy and operations. This role involves collaborating with teams and senior leaders to advance company goals. The Commercial Counsel will negotiate commercial contracts, design a comprehensive privacy program ensuring HIPAA compliance, and provide legal support for AI research. They will also build scalable legal processes and monitor legal trends in generative AI. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience, a JD, and a background in healthcare technology or AI, a passion for healthcare or mission-driven technology is a strong plus.
