What You'll Be Working On:
- Execute all event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, etc.
- Source and manage event gifting from ordering through fulfillment and shipment to attendees.
- Conduct NYC venue site visits and maintain organized event calendar.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience (recent grads welcome!)
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace
- Availability: In-person events including occasional evenings/weekends
