Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Manager who excels at coaching and scaling teams. You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.
As Sales Manager you will lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives and improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io, forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot, build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue and partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment.
