Job Description
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will receive and engage with warm leads generated by SDRs, focusing on converting them into funding submissions. Via phone, highlight the benefits of our small business funding approvals, specifically addressing their unique needs and challenges. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business, acting as a trusted advisor. Negotiate and finalize funding agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, while demonstrating an understanding of the small business financial environment. You will also achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system, staying up-to-date on funding product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings within the small business financing industry. Collaborate closely with SDRs to optimize the lead conversion process and ensure seamless customer onboarding.
