Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of AEs to hit and exceed quota
- Roll up your sleeves on outbound strategy and sales execution
- Partner with Marketing and Product on positioning and outreach
Requirements:
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years managing reps
- Experience closing $100K+ deals in multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Expertise using modern sales tools
Preferred Experience:
- Startup sales leadership background
- Success selling to marketing, data, or analytics buyers
