- Ensure AI tools integrate seamlessly into Patient Navigator workflows to deliver seamless service to patients.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a diverse, multi-skilled tech team including two full-time developers and two volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Partner closely with patient navigation and enrollment teams to align technical initiatives with operational objectives.
Cybersecurity Oversight:
- Create an organization-wide cybersecurity and data privacy vision and roadmap.
- Manage internal resources and two teams of external pro bono contractors to improve cybersecurity and data privacy.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, implementing proactive and advanced security protocols.
